  • Last-minute plans? We’ve got you. Drop us a quick note at perk@resorttolauramadrid.com before booking and we’ll make sure your perks and room are confirmed before you hit the road (or runway)

  • You can cancel your reservation by opening the “View Trip” link in your confirmation email. This will take you directly to your itinerary, where cancellation options are available.

    Take a moment to double-check your reservation — dates, names, and destination. It’s the easiest way to ensure your stay is exactly as you pictured it.

    ✔ Understand the Deposit & Cancellation Policy
    Every hotel sets its own terms, and some can carry full penalties. If anything looks unclear or you’d like help reading the fine print, just reach out — we’re happy to assist. Please note that PERK by RTLM is NOT responsible for penalties or policies set by individual hotels.

    ✔ Know Your Perks
    Once your booking is secured, PERK by RTLM will reconfirm exactly which perks are included in your stay — from upgrades to breakfasts and beyond.

    ✔ Passport & Entry Requirements
    For international travel, make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Check travel.state.gov for up-to-date entry and visa information for your destination. Many countries now require an e-visa for entry.
